  1. Student is required to register as New User and fill the Application form along with payment of Application Form fee.
  2. After filling of application form the Student receives a separate link to book the slot for Entrance or PI. In case of Entrance Test, student pays Rs. 500/- (as Entrance Test Fee for engineering applicants (Excluding Application Form Fee of Rs. 1000/- )) and books the first slot (only one exam slot will be available at a time). BBA/B .Sc student books a PI slot free of cost (dates as per schedule are made visible to the student. A link for Slot Booking (PI & Entrance) is available on the website as well. B Arch admission process as per Council of Architecture.The Student applying for Ph.D. shall pay Rs. 2500/- as registration charges.
  3. In case student visits the slot booking link, without payment of Application from fee, students basic details (Name, Email, Mobile, Program) will be captured and the student will be diverted to the Apply online page to complete application process first.
  4. As the per the schedule notified by the University, Entrance Test and PI will be scheduled.
  5. After completion of Selection Process as per the Admission Policy Merit Lists will be declared in accordance with the notified schedule and the provisional letter shall be issued on the basis of merit.
  6. Student are then required to submit the fees to confirm his/her seat.In case a student fails to pay 1st instalment as per the date mentioned in the letter, the student will loose his/her merit. These students shall then be considered only in the institutional rounds, against vacant seats.(this also needs to be mentioned in the provisional letter).
  7. Once student pays the fees, student is assigned a mentor and and shall receive the schedule of the mentorship program.
  8. After XII std results are declared, all provisionally admitted students are required to submit hard copies of the XII std result to confirm admissions.
  9. For students who do not meet the eligibility criteria or who do the submit the required eligibility documents by prescribed timeline, the admission will get cancelled and student will be sent cancellation letter.
  10. Once the originals of the student has been verified as part of final eligibility check, student admission will get confirmed.

  • Final eligibility for admission will be decided by Symbiosis University of applied sciences (SUAS) after submission of all the required documents.
